Free with a library card
Worth leading with, because almost nobody uses it and the value is absurd. Many public library systems carry these databases, accessible from home with a card number.

- OptionStrat — build a structure and see the payoff before you place it
- Barchart unusual options activity — free, and the reason it rarely helps on small caps is that they have no options market to be unusual in
- Cboe Volatility Finder — find names by IV rank rather than by price
